Bo Bridgeport believes that comprehensive training lays the foundation for an agent’s success. We make training a top priority, with an incomparable menu of in-house programs for beginners and seasoned brokers alike.

We offer training to help new and experienced agents learn and ‘experience’ the techniques needed to achieve success. The multi-faceted approach, taught by a staff of trainers, systematically exposes our associates to a variety of situations which build confidence and expertise. This orientation program is structured to help guide agents through the real estate process as well as business development techniques. Our agents learn the business in an organized format that shows them step by step how to jumpstart their career

New Recruit Training. New agents get invaluable on-site group training designed to build their knowledge and confidence, with courses taught by senior management, top producers and top Bo Bridgeport brokers, interactive sessions, role-playing and other vehicles to help rookies learn every aspect of the business. These intensive sessions also demonstrate how technology can enhance agents' effectiveness.

Ongoing Training. Both new and seasoned agents can sharpen their technology and negotiating skills and presentation techniques via advanced seminars that are relevant to today’s marketplace.
